Travel Documentation
U.S. citizens traveling outside of the United States must have a valid U.S. passport. Passports must be valid for at least six months beyond the return date. Some countries also require a visa for transit or entry. It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure they have all necessary travel documents, including valid passports, visas, and any required immunizations.
Entry Requirements for Foreign Countries (Including Canada)
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they are eligible for entry into any country they plan to visit. Past or present legal issues — including, but not limited to, outstanding child support, registration as a sex offender, DUI offenses, or felony convictions — may result in being deemed inadmissible. Some countries reserve the right to deny entry at their discretion. For example, a past DUI conviction may render a traveler inadmissible to Canada
Cruise Travel
For U.S. citizens, a passport is strongly recommended but is not always required for cruises that depart from and return to the same U.S. port and travel only within the Western Hemisphere. In these cases, passengers may present a government-issued photo ID along with proof of citizenship, such as an original or certified copy of a birth certificate, a Consular Report of Birth Abroad, or a Certificate of Naturalization. Some cruise lines require a valid passport for all sailings. Passengers should confirm documentation requirements with their vacation specialist.
A valid passport is required for any air travel to or from a foreign country. Traveling with a valid passport is recommended to avoid complications if a guest needs to fly to meet the ship at a later port or return to the United States before the cruise is completed.

Airline Reservations
Unless otherwise notified, Dream Vacations assumes that clients are arranging their own travel to and from their cruise or tour. Dream Vacations is responsible only for the cruise or tour portion of the booking unless airline arrangements are specifically requested.
Seat assignments will be requested at the time of booking and are based on the best available options. Some flights do not allow advance seat assignments, and seats may only be assigned at airport check-in or purchased directly from the airline. Seat assignments are not guaranteed and may be changed by the airline for reasons beyond our control.
Method of Payment
Credit or debit cards are the preferred method of payment for all vacations. For the security of both our clients and our agency, we do not accept personal checks or cash
Cruise Price Monitoring
The Operach Team uses a proprietary automated system to monitor cruise price reductions. While we make every effort to identify and apply eligible reductions, we cannot guarantee that all price drops will be captured.
Certain rate codes and promotional offers from cruise lines do not permit price adjustments. Travel insurance pricing is based on the original trip value and will not be reduced if the cruise fare decreases.
Ocean and River Cruise Itinerary Changes
Ocean and river cruising is an excellent way to travel; however, itineraries are subject to change. Weather conditions, river levels, mechanical issues, or other factors may require adjustments before or during the cruise
Hotel/Resort Room Requests
Requests for specific hotel room locations, views, or special accommodations will be submitted to the property on behalf of the client. However, these requests are not guaranteed and are subject to availability upon check-in. Room assignments are managed solely by the hotel, and fulfillment of requests is beyond our control. We will make every effort to advocate for your preferences, but final decisions are at the discretion of the hotel.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is non-refundable once purchased. Insurance premiums are calculated based on the total cost of the trip at the time of booking. If any additional components (such as excursions, upgrades, or airfare) are added to your trip after the initial insurance purchase, this may increase the total trip cost and result in a higher insurance premium. In such cases, we will automatically charge the credit card on file for the additional premium amount to ensure full coverage for your updated travel plans.
Intoxication and Personal Conduct
By booking travel services through our agency, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own behavior and personal conduct throughout your trip. We are not liable for any issues, injuries, death, damages, penalties, denied services (including boarding, excursions, or entry to venues), or additional expenses that may arise due to intoxication, substance use, or disruptive behavior.
Destination Safety & Travel Advisories
By proceeding with your travel arrangements, you confirm that you have reviewed the current information from the U.S. Department of State (or your government’s equivalent) and accept full responsibility for any decisions related to travel safety. We recommend enrolling in the Department of State’s Smart Traveler Enrollment Program (STEP) for real-time alerts and in-case-of-emergency assistance .

Agency Fees
Most vacations will not incur additional fees beyond a standard $39 booking fee. An additional fee applies to independently booked air reservations that are not part of a bundled package or a cruise line air program.
All agency fees are non-refundable.
